Retrok Arcade is an entertainment platform. All games are based on traditional Indian household games played for fun. There are no cash prizes, no rewards, and no gambling of any kind.

Service discontinuation
If we ever discontinue Retrok Arcade, we will provide at least 30 days' advance notice (via the app and/or email) before shutting down. The app will remain fully usable during this notice period, and we encourage all users to consume their remaining credit balance before the shutdown date. Credits remaining at the time of shutdown have no cash value and are not refunded, as the service on which they depend no longer exists.

We may update these terms. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
We built Retrok Arcade with minimal data collection as a core principle. Here is exactly what we do and do not collect.
This Privacy Policy is aligned with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India). As a Data Principal under the Act, you have the right to access, correct, and request erasure of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time (withdrawing consent means deleting your account, since the app cannot function without your email and display name). For any data protection grievance, contact our Grievance Officer at support@retrok-arcade.com — we will respond within 30 days. In the event of a data breach affecting your personal data, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

How we use your data
Your email address is used only for account recovery, support, and payment invoices/receipts. Your display name, friend connections, and game session data are used to operate the platform — to run games, manage your balance, and let friends find each other. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third party.
Where data is stored
All data is stored on servers located in New Delhi, India. We do not transfer your data outside this location.
Data retention and deletion
Your data is kept for as long as your account is active. You can request account deletion from the app, provided your credit balance is zero — if you have unused credits, you'll be asked to use them first. Once your request is confirmed, your account enters a 30-day window during which you can log back in to cancel it. If a balance reappears before the 30 days are up, the window is extended once to give you another chance to use it; if it's still unused after that, your account is kept active rather than deleted — credits are never automatically forfeited. If you'd like your account deleted without using a remaining balance, contact us directly — any balance given up this way is only ever forfeited at your own explicit request, and is not refundable. Credits have no cash value at any time.
Children
Retrok Arcade is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms of Use and Privacy Policy are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
