Retrok Arcade is a recreational gaming platform. No real money is won or lost. Credits buy game time only and have no monetary value.

Terms of Use

Who can use Retrok
You must be at least 13 years old to use this app. By using Retrok Arcade you confirm that you meet this requirement.

What Retrok is
Retrok Arcade is an entertainment platform. All games are based on traditional Indian household games played for fun. There are no cash prizes, no rewards, and no gambling of any kind.

Credits and payments

Credits are units of game time — they are not currency and have no monetary value.
Credits cannot be exchanged, transferred, or refunded once purchased.
Credits do not expire.
Purchases are processed by Razorpay. By purchasing you agree to their payment terms.

Game outcomes

All game outcomes are determined automatically by the app.
Outcomes are final. We do not investigate disputes or reverse results.
In the event of a technical failure mid-game, credits are not deducted.

Fair play

Do not use bots, scripts, or any automated input.
Do not abuse, harass, or threaten other players.
Accounts found violating these rules may be suspended without notice.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Privacy Policy

We built Retrok with minimal data collection as a core principle. Here is exactly what we do and do not collect.

What we collect

Email address — collected at sign-up. Used for account recovery and support. Never used for marketing.
Display name — the name you choose when you sign up. Used to identify you in games and to friends.
Push notification token — only if you grant notification permission. Used to notify you when a friend invites you. Never used for marketing.
App version and device OS version — collected automatically when an error occurs, so we can fix bugs. Not linked to your identity in reports.
Friend connections — the list of players you have added as friends.
Game session records — start time, end time, game type, and credit usage. Used to show your history and resolve billing questions.

What we do not collect

Your contacts, photos, camera, or microphone
Your location
Your device identifiers (IMEI, IDFA, etc.)
Behavioural or advertising data of any kind

How we use your data
Your data is used only to operate the platform — to run games, manage your balance, and let friends find each other. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third party.

Where data is stored
All data is stored on servers in New Delhi, India (Vultr). We do not transfer your data outside this location.

Data retention and deletion
Your data is kept for as long as your account is active. To delete your account and all associated data, contact us at support@retrok.online. We will process deletion within 7 days.

Children
Retrok Arcade is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
